The incident was about 5 metres from the touchline of the technical area side of the field. I was the referee and standing about 10 metres from the incident. I had a clear and unobstructed view of the incident.

A player from TEAM B got to the ball first and then Mr PLAYERS slide into tackle the player with the ball from the front. Mr PLAYER slide in with both feet in the air with the studs from both feet going over the top of the ball and making contact with the legs above the ankle of the player from TEAM B. Mr PLAYER had possession of the ball about 10 metres inside his own half and about 5m from the touchline on the far side of the field. I was the referee and was about 10 metres from the incident with a clear and unobstructed view.

A player from TEAM B was behind MR PLAYER and recklessly kicked the back of MR PLAYER'S ankle. MR PLAYER then turned around and threw a close-fisted punch with his right hand at the player from TEAM B. The punch was thrown with an excessive force and made contact left cheek of the player from TEAM B.

The Player from TEAM B immediately stepped back and several players from both teams stepped between the players to separate them.

I stopped play and issued MR PLAYER a red card for violent conduct. Mr PLAYER left the field of play without further incident.

Mrs PLAYER left the field without further incident.

  • Example report - Spitting or biting

In the 67th minute of the match, Ms Player from TEAM A was sent off for spitting.

After a goal kick had been awarded, the players were walking back to their positions in preparation for the kick to be taken. I was the referee and was walking back to position myself when I noticed Ms Player and a player from TEAM B speaking to each other in an aggravated manner as they were walking. I then saw Ms Player spit at the other player who was no more than 1-2 metres away from her, the spit landed on the opposition player's shoulder. I was about 15 metres away from the incident and had a clear and unobstructed view. I immediately blew my whistle and ran over to the players. I showed Ms Player a red card for spitting.

She left the field with no further incident.

Mr PLAYER was standing behind the goalkeeper as just before the ball was going to enter the goal, Mr PLAYER committed a handball offence by hitting the ball with his hands.
I stopped play for a penalty kick to TEAM A and issued Mr PLAYER a red card for denying the opposing team a goal or an obvious goal-scoring opportunity by a handball offence.

Mr PLAYER left the field without complaint or further incident.

  • Example report - DOGSO

In the 73rd minute, a player from TEAM A was dribbling the ball towards the TEAM B goal. There were no other players from TEAM B between the TEAM A player and the goal except the TEAM B goalkeeper. When the TEAM A player was about 3 meters from the penalty area just to the left of the D at the top of the penalty area as you face the goal, Mr PLAYER fouled the TEAM A player by a careless tackle which denied the TEAM A player an obvious goal scoring opportunity. I issued Mr PLAYER a red card for denying an obvious goal scoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the player's goal by an offence punishable by a free kick.

  • Example report - Offensive, insulting or abusive language/gesture

In the 43rd minute of the game, Mr PLAYER from TEAM A was sent off for offensive insulting or abusive language. Mr PLAYER had possession of the ball inside the opposition penalty area. The volume of Mr Player's voice was loud and could have been heard from the sidelines.

I stopped play and showed Mr PLAYER a red card for offensive insulting or abusive language. After some minor protests regarding the decision not to award a penalty, he left the field of play with no further incident.
