Details of design
Please include any additional details of your design. Be as specific as possible :) eg. I want the cat to be lying down on the side with one leg stretched out, black and grey, light shading. Instead of I want a cat that is sleeping.

Custom designs will be sent the day before your appointment date.

You can let me know up to 3 minor changes via email or during the appointment. I will NOT be reverting back with an edited design, any minor changes to the draft will be made and discussed on the appointment date itself. I usually will discuss with you to confirm the details of the design before i start designing if i need more information of the design.

Appointment slot might be rescheduled if there are substantial changes such as a complete changing of design, so please be as specific as you can in your description for customs.

There will be an additional design fee of $50 for custom tattoos.

I will only take up works within my style, but am always open to trying new stuff if i feel that it is within my skill set.

A price quote will be given based on the design, size and placement. Quotes are fixed, kindly respect my work and do not negotiate with me. You are welcome to let me know if you do not want to proceed after.

Final price might differ from the quote if there are changes to the original size stated / placement / additional details or colour in the design

Appointment Date and Timings
Please give at least 3 dates and timings, preferably 1-5pm, other timings can be discussed if need be. I do not work on Sundays, but if you are only available on Sunday, please let me know. *
I will try my best to slot you in your preferred dates and timings, if not I will provide alternatives for you to choose from.
Deposit Policy
Deposit Amount

$100

(Additional $50 design fee for customs)

Should the design be not to your liking, minor changes can be made

However, substantial changes to the design or the request of a new design or concept would require a new design fee and the old design fee will be forfeited as payment for the time and effort for designing.

Deposit made will be deducted from the final amount at the end of the appointment.

Deposits are specific to the tattoo design and are non-transferable. eg. If you decide to change to another tattoo design, you will have to put a new deposit and the previous deposit will be forfeited.

Appointments are not confirmed until a deposit is made.

Deposit will be forfeited in any of these cases
- Client changes the tattoo design completely to another design
- Client does not show up for the appointment
- Client is more than 20 minutes late for the appointment
- Client cancels the appointment regardless of the reason
- Client reschedules the appointment without giving at least 3 days notice.
- Client reschedules for the second time
Deposit will be NOT be forfeited in any of these cases
- Artist reschedules the appointment in cases of emergency
- Artist cancels the appointment due to any reason, deposit will be refunded
Payment

Please make payment for the deposit after you have confirmed with me on the appointment date and timing.

Remaining balance can be paid via Bank transfer, Paynow, Googlepay or cash at the end of the appointment.
Touch ups
Touch up

If you would like a touchup, the first touch up is free within 3 months, (the touchup date must fall within 3 months from your appointment date)

subsequent touch ups will be at 50% of the original cost of the tattoo.

Please make an appointment by emailing scarlett pokes@gmail.com if you would like to touch up your tattoo. Please provide a picture of your tattoo currently, the date you got your tattoo, as well as available dates and timings for the touchup.

Please take care of your tattoo while it is healing and follow the aftercare instructions. Touch ups are not a fix for improper care of your tattoo.

Everything ages and so will your tattoo over the years. Applying moisturiser and sunscreen will help in protecting your skin and ink over the years.

Thank you for choosing me as your artist, plese give me some time to get back to you. I will reply within 10 days regardless if i take up your booking. Do check your spam/ junk folder as sometimes my email ends up there. Do send me another email if you have yet to receive a reply from me after 10 days.

There is a 24hour window from my reply back to you before I move on to the next client interested in the same design / appointment slot. Kindly do let me know if you will not proceed with the appointment.
