Indigo Collective Policies
Late Arrival Policy: Our goal is to respect your time and keep all appointments on schedule. If you are more than five minutes late, we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services so it does not affect other guests appointments. We do our best to accommodate all of our guests, but we ask to please let us know if you are going to be late. If we need to reschedule your appointment(s) because you were late, you will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy: When you book an appointment at Indigo Collective, that time is designated just for you. We ask for a 24 hour notification in the event of a cancellation so we can fill your spot with a guest on our wait list. In the event your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged a $50 rebooking fee per service to reschedule your next appointment. **All appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled directly through Indigo Collective by phone at 908-840-4064
