Massage therapy is an essential tool we can all utilize and benefit.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND SANITIZATION:
ALL HYGIENE MATTERS!
To help reduce the risk and spread of any illness, please arrive with clean hair, teeth, body, hands, feet, and clothes for any and all sessions.
Masks are optional and available for you upon request.
- Thorough cleaning, disinfecting and sanitizating protocols for the massage room, equipment and tools are in place before and after every client.
- Sessions are spaced to allow for proper room cleaning with ventilation.
- A medical grade HEPA filtration system is continuously operating and filtering the air down to 0.01 microns every 30 minutes.
- Windows may be open to allow fresh air flow during warmer months.
- The lavatory is available next to the room and is cleaned and sanitized.
- Hand sanitization is available.
- Please properly dispose any trash into the foot-step lidded waste bin.
- The hydraulic massage table, massage bolster, massage stool and the massage table head rest all have covers that are antimicrobial and allow for rigorous cleaning, disinfecting and proper sanitizating.
- Freshly clean and sanitized linens are stored outside the treatment room.
- All used sheets and blankets are placed in closeable and washable laundry bags in a separate room.
BOOKING YOUR MASSAGE:
- Sessions By Appointments Only.
- Contactless documents are to be completed within 24 hours of your scheduled session day.
- Follow- up forms required after 6 months.
{*Anyone under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian electronically sign, giving consent for manual therapy to their minor. At the bottom of this form select the option Request A Minor Form. When signing below you agree you are the parent or legal guardian of the minor receiving therapy at Kendall's Massage L.L.C. You understand that you are required to remain at the premises for the entirety of your minor's session or it may be requested you stay in the room for the duration of their session.}
- A confirmation text or follow-up conversation may apply to discuss any changes, protocols, goals, or any issues or discomforts you (or your minor) are experiencing.
Any feedback about and during your therapies is vital for your experiences. Please feel free to discuss any pressure adjustments, tense or sore areas, discomforts, changes you would like to make, and also share when your comfortable!
Water/Snacks:
Kendall's Massage L.L.C offers new bottles of water. You may bring a covered drink inside but please keep all food in your vehicle for after your session. Healthy snacks help if you feel a little groggy or sleepy after bodywork.
Please listen to your body and take a few moments to regroup before driving safely.
Massage Infusements:
The coconut oil primarily used for massage therapies is antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral. It can also be infused with Aromatherapy & Essential Oils. Other mediums used to customize your therapy may include: Arnica oil or gel, Magnesium oil, Kendall's Pure CBD Oil, Rock Sauce (warming or cooling), Kinesiology Tape, Tiger Balms, other muscle salves, O'Keeffe's Working Hands and Healthy Feet cream.
Paraffin wax is unscented and hypoallergenic.
MASSAGE DAY
- Please call or text when you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session time and remain in or stay next to your vehicle until you receive a response.
- Please use the bathroom before we begin. If you need to use the bathroom during your treatment we can pause but the session will still end at the scheduled time.
- Please have a seat and talk with me...
- Please remove any hair clips, earrings, bracelets, rings, watches, necklaces or other jewlery. Place your clothes and belongings on the seat or hang them on the back of the door.
- Remember to silence your phone so you can fully disconnect and enjoy therapies uninterrupted.
- List any areas you wish to avoid (ex: new bruise, fresh tattoo, freshly peirced ears, areas not to be worked, etc...).
- After talking, I will instruct you how to position yourself on the table before leaving the treatment room so you can undress to your comfort level.

*Professional and proper draping has always been and will always be in practice at Kendall's Massage L.L.C. Please respect your LMT's trade, services and establishment. Please do not insinuate or engage in any kind of illicit talk, lewdness or inappropriate behavior. This is never allowed nor tolerated. Upon violating this agreement the professional session will be terminated immidiately. You WILL be reported to the local authorities. Do not waste our time!

POST-MASSAGE:
- I will inform you when the session has ended and will exit the room to wash my hands.
- Please relax, stretch and breathe for a few moments before slowly getting up and dressing. Please take your time and try not to "pop up" or move fast, as that can cause dizziness and nausea.
- Please Enjoy some water, take your time getting dressed and open the front door when you are ready.
- When I enter back into the room we can discuss any findings and future treatments to further your goals.
- Schedule your next massages as often as you can so your body can stay on track and your muscle memory can re-formulate better.

Please call or text if you are going to be late or if you are not able to make your appointment.
We may need to reschedule if you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, or you can still come in for the time remaining where you are to expected to pay the full amount for the session chosen for that day.
