PEACHY'S POLICIES
CLASS PRICES & BILLING
PEACHY charges £4 per dance class (when enrolled for up to 3 dance classes) Then £2 for additional classes.
1.Free Trial: Peachy Dance Studios offers a free trial to all new students. This allows prospective students to experience the dance classes before making a commitment.
2.Enrollment as a Member: Once a parent or guardian is satisfied that their child wants to continue attending the dance school after the free trial, they can enroll the child as a member.
3.Membership and Billing: After becoming a member, Peachy Dance Studios uses an automatic direct debit system called Go Cardless for billing. This system ensures that payments are collected conveniently and automatically from the member's designated payment method.
4.Billing Frequency: Similar to a gym membership or a subscription service like Netflix, the membership fee is automatically deducted on the last day of each month. This regular billing cycle eliminates the need for manual payments and helps ensure that the membership remains active. To activate the direct debit you will recieve a link from PEACHY.
HOLIDAYS
PEACHY closes for 2 weeks at Easter and 2 weeks at Christmas. Dancers are entitled to an extra 2 weeks unpaid holiday a year. Please let PEACHY know your holiday dates in advance.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
PEACHY makes every effort to remain open whenever possible. However, in the event of disruption caused by heavy snow and/or particularly adverse weather, the prime concern of the school must always be the safety of the pupils, parents and staff. The decision to close the studio will be taken by the studio owner. PEACHY will close if conditions on site are dangerous or conditions are considered to be or are anticipated to later become too hazardous for travel.
Any lessons cancelled due to adverse weather conditions will NOT be eligible for a refund. PEACHY would offer the chance to attend an additional class if we run one on a different day, however this may not always be possible.
UNIFORM
Our stunning PEACHY uniform can be purchased on the PLANET DANCE website. Parents are responsible for purchasing the correct dance wear and dance shoes for each class. Students hair must be tied back neatly and no jewellery should be worn in the studio.
STUDENT BEHAVIOUR
We want our students to represent PEACHY in the best possible way! Dancer should treat their fellow dancers, instructors, and staff with kindness and consideration. We value diversity and inclusivity, so discrimination or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated. Dancers should pay attention to their dance instructors during class. Their guidance and feedback are crucial for your child's progress and safety.
PARENTS
Parents are politely asked not to disturb classes while in progress. We're genuinely happy to help, if you need to contact us, speak to us at the end of a lesson or contact 07729955948.
PUNCTUALITY
Parents are responsible for ensuring dancers arrive and are collected on time. If someone who doesn’t usually collect your child is dropping them off/picking them up, please let us know.
INJURY AND SAFETY
Your child’s safety and wellbeing are our top priority. Dance is a physical activity, and while every precaution is taken to create a safe environment, accidents can occasionally happen. Parents/guardians must let us know about any existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect participation. In the event of an injury, including serious injuries such as broken bones, our staff will provide first aid and contact you immediately. Emergency services will be called if necessary. Students are always welcome to join in safe, modified activities while recovering, under your guidance or that of a medical professional. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent risks of dance, agree that their child will follow safety guidance, and release PEACHY Dance Studios and its staff from liability except in cases of proven negligence.
CORRECTIONS
Dancers at PEACHY will be touched by their instructors for correction purposes during their training.
