Adams State University Drug Free Workplace Policy Statement
The unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession or use of a controlled substance in the workplace by employees of Adams State University is prohibited.Any Adams State employee who violates the above policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, which may include termination.
I, the undersigned, agree that:
1. I will abide by this policy statement; and
2. I will notify my supervisor, within five days, if convicted of violating a criminal drug statute in the workplace.
