• Resident Tenant Information Sheet

  • This form may be used by tenants to provide the corporation with the notice required by s. 46.1(2) of the Condominium Act, 1998 and the accompanying regulations. The form may also be used by tenants at any time to notify the corporation of any changes. You may also change your information at any time on our website at www.dcc102.ca by accessing your profile and making changes. This form must be completed and submitted before you can use the elevator to move-in

      A deposit of $500.00 (cheque) is required for move-in/move-out before reservation approved.
      An elevator service key is required for Saturday elevator operation. Key deposit is included in move deposit.
      Owner/tenant locker shall be cleared before refunding deposit.
      Only weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. permitted.
      Moves are not permitted on Sundays, Statutory Holidays or Observed Civic and Municipal Holidays (NO EXCEPTIONS)
      Any overtime incurred during this move by the Superintendent will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of $30.00 per hour.
      Boxes used during move-in shall not be placed in any of the common garbage areas at the back of the building. Owner/tenant shall dispose of these.

    • I/we acknowledge and the members of my household, and my guests from time to time, will, in using the ‘unit’ rented to me and the ‘common elements’, comply with the Condominium Act, the Declaration, By-Laws, Rules, and all Policy and Regulations of the Condominium corporation, during the term or my tenancy.

      I/we further acknowledge that matters concerning the unit will be directed to the landlord directly, and not to management of the building.  Management will only deal with the owner of the unit.


      I further acknowledge that I/we understand that this is a no pet building, and no one can smoke or vape anywhere in the building, including units, balconies or patios, or within 9 metres of the building.
