Thank you for generously agreeing to provide a presentation for the New Mexico Department of Health, Office of School and Adolescent Health's H2T365 platform.
We are now scheduling presentations for Tuesdays and Thursdays in September, October and November 2020. In this form we will ask for your preferred presentation date. If the options available do not work for you, please reach out to our office and we can coordinate a date. Please note that as dates are selected they will be removed from the calendar, so you may see limited availability.
