LATE/NO SHOW POLICY: Please notify us as soon as possible if you will be late. Appointments arriving 10 minutes past service time will be assessed a $10 late fee. Appointments arriving 20 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. No calls/ no shows will be required to pay a $25 service fee prior to booking future appointments.
GUEST POLICY: We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment. Our work area has minimal seating to accommodate additional guests but they are more than welcome to relax in the waiting area. Exceptions are made for clients who may need assistance in preparation for their service.
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY: Your personal information such as address, forms, email information, etc will be kept safe in a secure location. On occasion, we post to social media for promotional purposes but client names are not included.
SICK POLICY: Overall health and wellness is our top priority. If you are feeling ill, please cancel your appointment. With sufficient notification we can reschedule your appointment to a different day/time. There is no penalty incurred for missing an appointment due to illness.
SANITATION PROTOCOL: Our staff will wear a mask and practice sanitation protocal during your service. Please bring minimal items with you.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, all major credit cards, as well as discretionary checks.
MOBILE SERVICES: We truly appreciate you allowing us to service you but we kindly request that your pets are secure. This will help to ensure the service is performed comfortably and uninterrupted. Please be aware that we adhere to our professional sanitation protocol at all times. This includes, wearing gloves, mask, using hand sanitizer/wipes, etc while performing your service.
For mobile services, the mobile fee is $50 and half is due in advance ($25 deposit) to confirm your appointment. We may also need access to an outlet source to provide select service in your home. Please be aware travel fees for mobile service fees covers one way up to 25 miles. For locations past 25 miles please contact us for invoicing.
SERVICE GUARANTEE: During your your service we take our time to provide quality service with lasting results. Please keep in mind that various factors can modify the longevity of your service. Everyone has different nails some nails may not be a great anchor for each service (gel polish, dip, enhancements. We understand that this can be a frustrating trial and error situitation which is why we guarantee our work for 5 days.
