    أعزاءنا أولياء الأمور.. نفيدكم بأنه تم فتح مجال التسجيل للفصل الأول 2021 للطلاب المنتظمين بنظام التعليم عن بعد وستكون بداية الفصل الدراسي الأول للطلاب والطالبات من تاريخ 29/08/2021م الموافق 21/01/1443هـ إلى 31/12/2021م الموافق 26/05/1443هـ.

    ملاحظة:

    للتسجيل في نظام التعليم الفردي (عن بعد) يمكنكم التسجيل في قائمة الانتظار بالضغط هنا.

     في حال وجود استفسارات حول آليات سداد الرسوم وخيارات الدفع المتاحة نفيدكم أنه قد تم تخصيص أحد ممثلي قسم الحسابات للرد على استفساراتكم حيال الأمر وتقديم الدعم الكامل عبر المكتب الافتراضي لحل أي عوائق إن شاء الله..

    We’d like to announce the beginning of registration for the First semester 2021, which is available for distance-learning. The First semester is to begin from 29.08.2021 until 30.12.2021.

    • ما هي وسائل الدفع المتاحة للسداد؟ 

    • حسب ما تم شرحه في اجتماع أولياءالأمور؛ هناك 3 وسائل لسداد الرسوم الدراسية:

       
      1- البطاقة الائتمانية.

      2- التحويل الدولي بنك HSBC.

      3- التحويل داخل السعودية (الراجحي).

       

      علما أن الخيار الأول (السداد عبر البطاقة الائتمانية) هو الخيار الأفضل للسداد.

    • According to what was explained at the parents meeting; There are 3 ways to pay the tuition fees:

      -

      1- Credit Card.

      2- International Transfer (HSBC Bank).

      3- Transfer within Saudi Arabia (Al-Rajhi).

      -

      Note that the first option (payment by credit card) is the best payment option.

    • هل زادت الرسوم الدراسية؟ 

    • لا.. الرسوم الدراسية كما هي 310$ (1162 ريال)، ولكن تمت إضافة رسوم  وسيلة الدفع فقط. 

       

    • No. the tuition fees is as it was. 310$ (1162 SAR), only the fees for the payment method have been added.

    • لماذا رسوم التحويل البنكي ل (بنك الراجحي) مرتفعة؟ 

    • نظرا لأن الشركة التي تم التعاقد معها هي شركة دولية عالمية ولا يوجد لديها حساب بنكي داخل السعودية ، وقد طلبت إدارة الفرقان توفير حساب (مؤقت) تسهيلا على أولياء الأمور وقد وافقت الشركة على ذلك بعد فرض 190 ريال رسوم إدارية خاصة بعمليات التحويل.

       

    • Since the company that was contracted is a global international company and does not have a bank account inside Saudi Arabia, Al Furqan management requested the provision of a temporary account to facilitate ease of payment for the parents, and the company agreed to this though imposing 190 SAR administrative fees for transfers.

    • لدي عدة أبناء ولا أرغب بتحمل الرسوم البنكية عن كل طالب؟ 

    • في هذه الحالة ننصحك باختيار وسيلة الدفع عبر التحويل الدولي إلى بنك HSBC والتحويل دفعة واحدة بحيث تكون القيمة كالتالي:

      الرسوم الدراسية 295$*عدد الأبناء + 15$ رسوم بنكية (تدفع لمرة واحدة فقط).

      :مثال

      لديك 3 أبناء مسجلين في المركز، ستقوم بإجراء حوالة دولية واحدة لبنك HSBC بقيمة: 295$*3 = 885$ + 15$= 900$ فقط.

    • In this case, we advise you to choose the international payment method to HSBC bank and transferring the total amount for all children as a single transaction where the fees will be as follows:

      Tuition fees $295* number of students + $15 banking charges (will just be paid ones).

      Example:

      You have 3 children registered at the Center, you will transfer one international bank wire to HSBC Bank as follows: 295$*3 = 885$ + 15$ = 900$

      طريقة التسجيل:

      أولاً: يتم تحويل الرسوم مبلغ (1290) ريال على حساب المستفيد في مصرف الراجحي مع ضرورة كتابة رقم الطالب في بيان التحويل:

      ثانيا: بعد تحويل الملبغ نرجو إكمال (معلومات التسجيل) أدناه وإرسال الاستمارة

       Registration steps:

      First: Transfer the fees of (1290SAR) to the beneficiary account on the AlRajhi Bank, with mentioning the student’s serial number on the transfer statement.

        اختيار الفترة المرغوبة لا يعني بالضرورة الموافقة على ذلك، حيث الأولوية هي للطلاب الذين لديهم تعارض في الوقت مع المدرسة، في حال عدم توفر مقاعد شاغرة في الفترة المرغوبة سيتم وضع الطالب في الاختيار الثاني وإشعار ولي الأمر بذلك.. علما أننا نبذل ما بوسعنا لتحقيق رغبات جميع أولياء الأمور.

        Choosing a time of a session does not necessarily mean your choice is approved, as priority will be given to students who have conflicting school times, in case there is no available seats for your preferred time then the students will be put in the second available choice and the parent will be informed, Please be assured we are doing the best we can to meet everybody’s request

        1- حال وجود أكثر من طالب.. يجب إرسال استمارة منفصلة لكل طالب وطالبة.

        2- في حال تم تأكيد استلام الحوالة يتم تحرير سند قبض لولي الأمر خلال 3-7 أيام عمل وسيتم إرسال نسخة عبر الواتس آب وأخرى عبر البريد.
