Terms and Conditions
PBTKC Model Representatives will promote only Photography by Tammy KC (you can not do trade or represent any other photographers with the exception of PBTKC shoot outs and annual Shutterfest convention in April). If the model is a minor, that goes for their parents as well. I.E. Posting on Social media sharing other photographers work or contact information.
Signing of a contract will require both parties and legal guardian if representative is under 18.
Any breach of contract will result in termination of model status.
Number of shoots and edits will be determined an a model-by-model basis.
All edits and photos remain property of Photography by Tammy KC to be used for advertisement purposes such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, private party messaging, business cards and brochures.
Photographs are not to be further edited or filters added to be posted on social media during or after the modeling season - except for my Photography by Tammy KC.
What's included:
Opportunity to participate in a minimum of 5 photo sessions (individual and group).
Downloadable Online Gallery of high res edited images. Available to download after receipt of your final payment (determined by the beginning of your model season)
Sneak Peeks within 2 weeks after each photo shoot with a minimum of 3 edited low resolution images that you can share and post on social media
Photographs Featured on My website, FB, Instagram, TikTok, and Blog. They may also appear on the social media of dress designers and locations. Optional submissions for Model and Photographer magazines (you may opt out if you choose).
LOTS of fun and opportunities to meet new friends and build your confidence. We do have some photo shoot adventures available that will require travel. Transportation, food, and loding is the responsibility of the model and family. Occasionally, Photography by Tammy KC will provide lodging when possible.
Qualifications:
Model and 1 parent (if under 18) must attend the first model meeting of the season.
Parent must sign Application and Model Release (so that Model Rep photos can be used on Website, Social Media, and any advertising)
Agree to ONLY Represent Photography by Tammy KC (no other photographers or modeling programs)
I ask that you also refer at least 2 people to apply for the following year model program
Agree to tell all your friends about Photography by Tammy KC and share your Photos with them
Student and parent share their sneak peeks from the Photography by Tammy KC Facebook and share their photos with Credit to Photography by Tammy KC on their Instagram and use our hashtags
When sharing photos on social media use the following hashtags: #seniorsunday or #modelmonday #picsbytammykc #pbtkcmodel
Virtual signing of this questionnaire implies knowledge and consent to above stated terms and conditions.
Fees:
$50 deposit upon announcement of model team and acceptance.
1st payment of $150 will be due in cash or check made payable to Tammy Mallett on our 1st Model Meeting or by Feb 1st.
2nd payment of $100 will be due in cash or check made payable to Tammy Mallett by October 1st. After your final payment is paid, your gallery will be available for download to your computer. If full payment is made at the beginning of the season you can download your full res edited images as many times as you like through out the season.
You may pay your full modeling season fee at acceptance or first meeting which will result in your private image gallery to be unlocked and fully downloadable at any time and for as many times as you like during the season and for 6 months after the season is completed.
If you would prefer all your High Res Edited images to be on a flash drive - the additional fee is $25.
Paying for your complete gallery by PayPal or Venmo is also an option. If you choose to pay by Paypal or Venmo, there will be a $15 fee per payment to cover charges incurred by photographer. Cash and/or Check is always preferred.
Some photography sessions may require a fee or deposit to be paid by the model (if they choose to participate) for that session. For example; one year we did a WWII airplane session and there was a fee of $500 for the photographer to use the airplanes. Each model that chose to participate paid $25. The only time there will be any fees for a session is if the photographer is renting or paying to use space or props for that session and you will be notified of this ahead of time. The fee will be paid at the time you "book" or agree that you will be participating in that session and that fee or deposit will not be refunded if you are unable to participate and the photographer is not able to fill your spot. If you agree to do a session with PBTKC and cancel within 48 hours of your session for whatever reason and this session has a fee due to cost to photographer - you will need to immediately Venmo the agreed amount to Tammy Mallett. Your session can not be replaced with a NON Model of PBTKC Modeling program unless offered by PBTKC.
Notes: My Photo shoots are $175 to $200 to the general public and they receive 10-20 high res edited images for that amount. As an accepted model to the PBTKC Model team, most models receive anywhere from 150 to 300+ photos during the model season plus a lot of fun experiences, new friendships, and building their self esteem and confidence. These things are priceless. Being on the model team is NOT free photography for yourself, model, or family for a year. This model team is to build my business, give me resources to try new concepts, add social media content, and to build up an age group of young people that can use the additional support and self confidence during a rough time for their ages! Parents are welcome at all photo sessions for safety and encouraged for minors but not required for 15 years old and up.
Photo Adventures and Photo Walks or Shoot Outs may be offered through out the year. Models will be chosen for these opportunities based on their committment to their modeling program, their communication, and their participation in group events and sessions. Food, Lodging, and transportation is the responsiblity for the model and model family. There will be occasions where PBTKC will take care of the lodging for the model. The only mandatory events are the first meeting and payment due dates. The model may participate as much or as little as they desire. The # of photos in their final gallery will be reflected by their participation.
Magazines - Model/family must submit PBTKC images to the magazines for initial consideration and then Tammy Mallett will submit to the magazines according to their criteria. This is a bonus to our model program and there will be times that Tammy Mallett will not be able to submit; such as vacations and time away from the internet and her computer.
A print release and a waiver of liability forms will be required for, parents of minor models and for models over 18 years, to sign.
If a model drops out of the program at any time during the model season, they are responsible for the FULL payment of the season immediately then at the time of receipt of the remainder of the payments, their private gallery will be unlocked for download. No high res edited digital images will be released for any reason until full payment is received. This includes for Seniors and yearbook photos.
This is a model program, not a free photography for the year program. Siblings and other family members may be allowed for most sessions but there will be additional fees per additional non model (usually $25 per non model).
