  • EXPLANATORY NOTES

    We thank you for updating us on the progress you have made to date. We are aware that projects develop, evolve and change over time, as such a lot of information needs to be collected. It is very important that you keep us informed of any changes that have occurred to the project as well as making sure all expenditure reports and additional materials are submitted in time. UJIA requires full transparency even if original targets, plans or financials have changed.

    The sooner reports and supporting documents are sent, the sooner we can process final instalments. If there is a need for extension for submission of the report, please contact us.

    Also, please note that as per UJIA policy, programmes whose grants are approved for 2020-2021 cannot receive first instalments until the previous year's grant is closed.

    Based on the Activities (Output Targets) and Impact (Outcome Targets) from your Work-Plan and Mid-Year Reports, in case there were changes from the last report, please fill in ALL the columns with update info on the programme progress and the impact it has with any past or anticipated changes.

    *Please be sure that actual activities (outputs) listed below correspond to activities listed in the expenditures report.

    Please upload your:

    • Completed End of Year Financial Report (Excel Attachement – Click here to download). Please detail all income and expenditure for this programme including their current status and expected funding sources.
    • Completed General Ledgers Report (“kartesot”) reflecting all approved budget lines funded by UJIA, and/or other official supporting documents such as receipts of payments, pay slips etc.

    Be sure to provide as much detailed budget breakdown as possible so it is clear how you have arrived at the total figures (e.g. teacher's salary per hour x number of hours per week x number of weeks).

    All budgets and figures need to be in NIS only.

    Marketing materials collected by your organisation or from the news:

    • Attach 10 photos or a link to an online folder, please include in the file name the occasion and location it was taken
    • Attach link(s) to articles about the programme and/or the organisation’s work
    • Testimonials and personal stories of both staff and clients with quotes. Please be sure to include (if applicable): full name, age, residence, educational and professional background, ethnic background, family situation, and how they have gained from participating in or working on the programme

    Privacy Considerations:

    • Please ensure you have permission to share any personal information (including pictures/video) from the individuals concerned
    • Please inform us if names of clients have been changed to respect their privacy
