Welcome to the Colorado Feline Foster Rescue adoption program! We request the following information so that we can assist you in the selion of a new cat/kitten. This form and a consultation with a CFFR adoption consultant are designed to help you ﬁnd the cat/kitten most compatible with your lifestyle. You will be emailed a copy of your completed application for your records upon submission.
CFFR reserves the right to refuse an adoption to anyone for any reason. In order to be considered, you must:
- Be 22 years of age or older;
- Be applying to be the legal owner of the cat/kitten;
- Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (if applicable). If a pet deposit is required by your landlord, proof of payment must be furnished; and
- Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment, and proper care for the cat/kitten.
