Do you know much about EMF and our particular brand of Lifting & Laughing?

Have have you any experience doing resistance training in the past? If so please tell us what you liked and if there was anything you didn't like about your experience.

All new members are required complete a once off 1 to 1 induction/assessment prior to starting with us. This enables us to walk and talk you through how everything works in EMF. This session is charged at €60 and is booked in advance of starting. Please let us know what time slot would suit you best.

Our group membership is a Monthly Unlimited Pass charged at €105 per 4 weeks. This allows you to use as many bookings as you like per week. Please note memberships require a 30 day notice period to cancel.
