  • Part II: Defining Initial Scope & Strategy

This will give the Rush Order dev team the ability to login, see and understand how you have configured your online store, and initiate the API integration on your behalf.

  • Part III: Product Setup

  • This section will guide you through the setup of each product SKU you intend to ship from a Rush Order warehouse.

    For 5 SKUs or less, this form will guide you through each SKU step by step.

    For 6 or more SKUs, you will be prompted to download an Excel file to fill out details for each SKU. 

  • Rather than forcing you through a web based data entry exercise for this number of SKUs, please use this Product Info Excel file instead. Once completed, this file can be emailed to your Rush Order Project Manager.

    • Route Integration: Consumer funded protection against damage, loss or theft in transit, including porch theft.
    • Returnly Integration: Easy self service returns. Great solution for apparel, housewares, and similar shopping experiences. Not always a fit for high-tech products.
    • Customer Satisfaction Scoring: Rush Order strongly recommends this solution. Upon solving a customer ticket, the system will automatically ask the customer to give us a score based on their experience with your brand, and ask for comments.
    • Delighted Integration: Automated Net Promoter Score (NPS) management and instant follow-up with detractors to improve their experience with your brand. 
    • "Bump-Bump-Close" Workflow: If more information is required from a customer, our tools can automatically follow up and remind the customer who is slow to respond. Customers will know you care and appreciate the follow-up when they miss an email from you or forget to respond. Eventually, with no response at all, our systems will automatically close the ticket and stop any further outreach.
