• Elevator Reservation Form

  • Use this form if you are moving in or out of the building, need the elevator for multiple items of furniture, appliances, and/or multiple boxes/cartons/supplies requiring multiple trips between the delivery vehicle and the elevator, or your contractor needs the elevator to move in supplies or remove waste.

    There are 3 steps to reserving the elevator:

    1. Owner of the unit must submit this form
    2. Reserve the elevator at www.dcc102.ca (link within this form)
    3. If applicable, pay deposit

    Note: the Superintendent cannot put the elevator on service for any of the above without the elevator being reserved.

  • Terms and Conditions move-in/move-out:

    1. Deposit of $500.00 (cheque) is required for move-in/move-out before reservation approved.
    2. An elevator service key is required for Saturday elevator operation.  Key deposit is included in move deposit.
    3. Owner/tenant locker shall be cleared before refunding deposit.
    4. Only weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. permitted.
    5. Moves are not permitted on Sundays, Statutory Holidays or Observed Civic and Municipal Holidays (NO EXCEPTIONS)
    6. Any overtime incurred during this move by the Superintendent will be deducted from your deposit at a rate of $30.00 per hour.
    7. Boxes used during move-in shall not be placed in any of the common garbage areas at the back of the building.  Owner/tenant shall dispose of these.
  • Terms and Conditions - delivery of single/multiple items (requiring multiple trips between delivery vehicle and elevator):

    1. All deliveries (including owners and residents) are to the rear of the building
    2. The front door may not be used by anyone for deliveries.
    3. A deposit of $200.00 (cheque) is required to obtain elevator key for the following times:
      1. 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. weekdays
      2. 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturdays
      3. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sundays
  • Terms and Conditions Contractor/Waste Removal:

    1. All contractors supplies, tools, and waste are to be delivered to the rear of the building
    2. Contractors must not discard building waste in garbage containers at the back of the building, and dumping of waste will forfeit the deposit.
    3. Contractors must not carry any supplies, tools or waste out the front door.
    4. Damage to the elevators or common elements will be charged to the owner.
    5. 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. weekdays
    6. A deposit of $200.00 (cheque) is required to obtain elevator key for the following times:
      1. 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays
      2. Sundays not permitted

    Note: you may obtain the elevator service key for the contractor to use between 5pm to 7pm Monday to Friday with a $200 deposit.  The contractor must put the elevator off service as soon as they have completed their use.  The $200 deposit will be refunded on return of the key, and no damage is reported, and no garbage has been dumped.

  • General Terms and Conditions

    1. Only elevator #2 (middle elevator) may be used.
    2. Only the rear of the building must be used for deliveries, this includes owners and residents.
    3. Corporation will ensure elevator is padded before use.
    4. Call/text Manager (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays) when you are ready for booked elevator, and after you are finished.
    5. After 5:00 p.m. weekdays and weekends an elevator key is required in order to put the elevator on service.
    6. The key for the elevator is available Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the office.
    7. The service key may only be used by the person named above, or their designate named above.
    8. The service key must be deposited in the after-hours key return in the mailroom immediately after use of the elevator, otherwise the deposit will be forfeited to the Corporation.
    9. Irrespective of the user of the elevator, the Owner of the Unit above shall remain responsible for any damages.
    10. Deposit assessment will be made after inspection of elevator, hallways, locker (if applicable) and return of key (if applicable) during weekdays 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or as office hours permit.
    11. During use of the elevator please be considerate of other residents.
    12. Use the elevator within the time frame you have booked and make reasonable concessions for residents with mobility challenges.
    13. Keep noise to a minimum.
    14. DO NOT block any entrances, hallways or the lobby.
    15. DO NOT leave chattels or boxes unattended in any hallway or lobby.
    16. DO NOT use the front entrance at any time to receive deliveries or move chattels that require an elevator.
    17. All deliveries shall be to the rear door.  Notify your carrier of this before your move or delivery.
    18. DO NOT prop the rear door open with any item or leave open and unattended at any time as it poses a security risk to other residents.
    19. The rear door is always to remain secure, you or someone of your choosing shall be present at the open door. 
    20. Only the concrete pad at the rear doors may be used for delivery vehicles.
    21. DO NOT park in any other resident’s spot to facilitate delivery.
