🔧 New Surcharge – Base Metals
A minimal surcharge of £0.10 per gram now applies to all base metals.
💼 Minimum Service Charge
Our minimum service charge is £25.
This includes:
✔ Mould fees
✔ Casting fees
✔ Electroplating
Excluded: Metal charges and postage.

Mould & Cast: 3.5 weeks to day of invoice
Reorders from existing moulds: 11 working days
Direct Casts: 7 working days
Client Metal Casts: 7 working days (may be longer if repairs are needed)
We ship once payment has cleared.
