This registration is for Term 4, 2020. All players must register.

One form to be completed in full for each applicant.

Registrations close:
Secondary - Friday 21st August (any Year 9+ registrations after this date will not be accepted)

Please note: without parent volunteers to coach and manage we are unable to enter teams, we require coaches and managers for every team prior to entering teams with Tauranga Volleyball in week 10 of Term 3.

At primary level past coaching experience is not required.

PLAYER COMMITMENT

Venue: QEYC or Trustpower Arena.

BC Year 3 - 6 Students (depending on numbers)

These students play on Friday nights. Practices are held Wednesday lunch times. Each team will require a coach and a manager.

BC Year 7 and 8 Students

Intermediate teams play Friday night. Practices are decided on by coaches, however, we recommend Monday - Tuesday lunchtimes.

BC Year 9 and 10 Students

Junior A Boys and Girls - Thursday night games , BOP Champs term 4 (3 weekend tournaments which includes 1 school day), North Island Champs Tauranga term 4 (4 school days).

Junior B Boys and Girls - Tuesday night games. BOP Champs term 4 (3 weekend tournaments which include 1 school day).

Other Junior Teams - Tuesday night games.

BC Senior Students Years 11-13

Senior A and B Girls and Senior A Boys- Thursday night games. BOP Champs term 1 (3 weekend tournament which includes 1 school day), NZSS National Champs for Senior A teams term 1 (5 days, 6 nights).

Other Senior Teams - Thursday night games term 1 and 4.

TRIALS

Year 9 - 13 trials will be held in week 6, term 3.

Year 8 & below teams will be formed by the sports office and signed off by the Director of Sport. Once announced teams are final.

FINANCIAL COMMITMENT

Term 4 2020 Fees

Year 3-6 term 4: $40

Years 7-8 term 4: $50

Years 9-10 term 4: $62.50 * teams going to Bay Champs & North Island Champs in term 4 will be charged entry fee, coach fee and any other expenses associated with tournament separately. Another jotform will be sent closer to the time

Years 11-13 term 4: $72.50

If players decide to withdraw after being placed in a team they will still be liable for the full payment.

UNIFORM - please note update to uniform criteria as off 11th August 2020 for year 9 - 13 players

Primary and year 7 & 8: Wear BC PE uniform

Years 9-13: Volleyball playing tops are given to the players for the season. If these are lost or not returned, then the Player is liable for a fee of $60.

Girls are to wear black spandex, minimum 5 inch (for practices & games). Boys are to purchase black volleyball shorts from the uniform shop.
