When your child joins a class at Blossom Ballet, she/he is part of a school and it is assumed that your child will attend regularly and continue from one term to the next, progressing throughout the levels. If you wish to withdraw your child from Blossom Ballet, please inform your teacher in writing giving half a terms notice.
Fees are non-refundable and are not transferrable from term to term, or to another person.
All participants must be escorted to and collected from the studio by their parent or guardian.
Seeds and Saplings classes require parent participation, only 1 parent per dancer.
For Buds and Blossoms classes, parents may only watch on 'Watching Week' which is the last week of each term; unless otherwise agreed by your teacher.
All participants must wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
No food or drinks, except water, may be brought in to the studios.
Fees are due three terms per year prior to the start of term. A £10 administration fee will be added for late payments.
In case of cancellation due to weather or Acts of God, classes are non-refundable.
Blossom Ballet has a strict no photography or videography policy for parents, visitors and spectators.
Blossom Ballet will use the email address given to contact you regarding classes and fees. Your phone number will only be used in an emergency. No personal data will be shared with a third party.

I permit Blossom Ballet to use photograph(s), alone or in conjunction with wording and/or drawings, solely and exclusively for publicity materials.
