When your child joins a class at Blossom Ballet, she/he is part of a school and it is assumed that your child will attend regularly and continue from one term to the next, progressing throughout the levels. If you wish to withdraw your child from Blossom Ballet, please inform your teacher in writing giving half a terms notice.
Seeds and Saplings classes require parents participation.
Siblings must wait quietly at the side of the studio, not on the mats.
For Buds and Blossom classes, parents may only watch on ‘Watching Week’ which is the last week of each term; unless otherwise agreed by your teacher.
Fees are non-refundable and are not transferrable from term to term (or to another person)
All participants must be escorted to and collected from the studio by their parent or guardian.
All participants must wear appropriate dance clothing and footwear.
No food or drinks (except water) may be brought into the studios.
Fees are due three terms per year on the 1st September, the 1st January and the 1st April prior to the start of term. A £10 administration fee will be added for late payments.
In case of cancellation due to weather or Acts of God, classes are non-refundable.
In the event of closure due to COVID-19, classes will be delivered online via Zoom with immediate effect. No refunds or transfer will be issued.
Blossom Ballet has a strict no photography or videography policy for parents, visitors and spectators.
Blossom Ballet will use the email address given to contact you regarding classes and fees. Your phone number will only be used in an emergency. No personal data will be shared with a third party.
I permit Blossom Ballet to use photograph(s), alone or in conjunction with wording and/or drawings, solely and exclusively for publicity materials.
