Take your game to the next level by going back to the basics of skill development and strength-based exercise. Focus on a new sport and skills each month through weekly workouts at Lakeshore, or go at your own pace with an at-home option. All equipment and workouts will be set up in a socially distanced environment on Lakeshore’s Campus or provided in a box format for at-home use. Sports will include: Basketball, Sit Volleyball, Badminton, and Cornhole.
