Please note that due to the high number of applications we receive, we can only notify the successful applicants.

Please ensure the application form is completed in full. Should your application be successful, we will contact you to arrange a viewing of the property.

If the viewing is successful, you will then be asked to provide the following:
- Valid photographic ID (driving licence or passport)
- Last three months bank statements
- Three recent payslips (if employed) or proof of universal credit/benefits (if unemployed/retired)
The information you provide to us will be held securely and only be used to process your application. If your application is successful and you enter into a tenancy, your information will be held on file for the duration of the tenancy. If your application is not successful, your application information will be destroyed.
