As a Holistic Fertility Doula, I provide natural measures to help cleanse, prepare and support the body in preparation for conception. There will be sensitive matters pertaining to your health and your partner's that will be discuss to best support your journey. Please note, as a Holistic Fertility Doula, I do not diagnose and give any prognosis.
I provide holistic, natural information, methodology and measures to guide and cleanse the body towards conception and help sustain a viable pregnancy.
Always consult your physician or midwife before beginning any program. This general information is not intended to diagnose any medical condition or to replace your healthcare professional. If you experience any pain or difficulty during your time with me, stop and consult your healthcare provider immediately.
I do not guarantee an outcome of conception.

- Informational support throughout the course of care
- Nutritional support and guidance
- Up to (5) Facetime or over the phone consults
- Unlimited Email support
- Access to fertility referral base
- (3) in person yoni steam sessions
Client Obligations
- responsible to give Doula updates regarding progress
- responsible for sharing and completing Food Diary
- responsible for sharing monthly ovulation dates/updates
- required to disclose all related up to date health information
Limitation of Liability
Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Imani Byers and Rebyrth Wellness LLC harmless from all claims, losses, judgements, damages, expenses and costs (including, without limitations, attorneys' fees andcourt costs), whether fixed or contingent and whether or not adjudicated, arising from or in any way related to:(a) the breach of any of its obligations hereunder; (b) damage to real or tangible personal property of client or any third party as a result of the fault of the client and not caused fault of Imani Byers and Rebyrth Wellness
LLC (c) bodily injury to any party caused by client and not caused by Imani Byers and Rebyrth Wellness LLC;(d) any breach of representations or warranties regarding services of Imani Byers and Rebyrth Wellness
LLC made by clients or any third party; (e) payment of services owed to birthing faciity (f) any unauthorized act or ommision of the doulas; and (g) the negligence, recklessness or willful misconduct of Imani Byers and Rebyrth Wellness LLC (h) the aforementioned exceptions of services, including but not limited to, medical monitoring, medical decisions, medical opinion, treatment options, physical services, and medical services.
Fees
A non refundable deposit $250 will be due upon the signing of this contract,
unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Thereafter, $250/month will be automatically charged to your card on file unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
My fee reserves your place on my calendar. Fees are non-refundable.
Should fees not be paid in full as directed above, it is solely at my discretion to provide continued fertility support, unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
