Audition Form

Use this form if you are either a high school junior/senior or a college transfer student auditioning for acting, musical theatre, directing or tech! Unless noted, all information should pertain to the auditionee.
Please understand that filling out this form is necessary for the audition process!

Auditions will be held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday!

You must ALSO be registered for the conference!!

COLLEGE TRANSFERS AND HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS

HIGH SCHOOL JUNIORS

Fill out this form.

Actors and musical theatre students will be placed in the Junior Audition Masterclass.

Technicians, you will still audition for the colleges. Nothing changes for technicians
