Yes: Coast and Country will issue a credit coupon for the full value paid on your existing booking. The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue. You may re-book using your credit for a future stay at your original property or an alternative property if that property is no longer available

Yes: Coast and Country will transfer your booking to the new dates below if available. If not available, we will contact you to offer alternative dates.
Cancel your booking in accordance with standard Terms and Conditions:
