This is a Pre-Booking Form for the 2026 Southern Field Days. This is not a site contract and is optional. Pre-Bookings are for exhibitors who wish to retain their exact same site and exact same sized site. However if you are wanting to change sites or have a different size, please still complete this form and your original site will be held for you incase no suitable site is available after the closing of prebookings.

In July 2024 once pre-booking registrations have closed we will look at your request for change. This will be carried out in the order that the pre-booking forms were received. If there isn't a site suitable to your request, you will have the option to keep your original site or cancel the pre booking and book a new site in April 2025 when we open for registrations for the 2026 Southern Field Days.

To secure your site there is a $230 + GST non refundable fee, this applies to both the original site or new site allocated.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Pre-Booking fee is $230 (excluding GST). Does not apply to Sponsors
- Pre-Booking fee is non-refundable (This is not a deposit)
- This option is only open to exhibitors who attended the 2024 Southern Field Days
- Pre-Bookings close on the 30th of June 2024
- All standard booking terms and conditions for the Southern Field Days apply
- You will still be required to complete a site contract for 2026 (opening approximately April 2025)
- An invoice will be issued on receipt of the exhibitor's pre booking form and must be paid by the 20th of the following month. In the event that the payments are not made by the due dates, Southern Field Days Inc reserve the right to cancel the Exhibitors booking after 7 days notice in writing to the Exhibitor and the exhibitor will need to book a new site in 2025 for the 2026 event.
- Pre-Booked Exhibitor will be added to the 2026 email data base to receive updates leading up to our 2026 Event
- By accepting the terms and conditions of this Exhibitors Pre-Booking and its acceptance by Southern Field Days Inc constitutes a binding agreement under the Conditions of Exhibiting.
