Covid has had a negative impact on our business and we are fighting other fires right now.
It's scary to change processes that we have been using for many years. Implementing a new process seems daunting as we would have to re-train staff.
Our IT department controls all technology that we purchase and they have other priorities
We do not have budget allocated to purchasing new technology this year
I think that our team can handle some more invoice work even if we scale the number of locations
I am hesitant to choose a technology provider as I will look bad within my company if I make a bad choice
I know this is something my company needs but I don't have buy in from the decision makers
