Faithfully Fertile Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, that provides education, resources, infertility awareness, and financial assistance to those who want to grow their families through fertility treatments or adoption.
This foundation was birthed out of the struggles that Dr. Sierra Bizzell and her husband, Odell faced due to secondary infertility. With no money and little hope, they did their best to find a way to continue to expand their own family for years to no avail. They became foster parents and adopted two children in 2016. As they began to climb the ladder of financial success, they realized that there were so many other couples out there who wanted to start families, but couldn’t afford to and they knew that they had to help. It is their hope to bring joy to the hearts of others by assisting them in making their journey to parenthood easier.
About Our Grants:
Each year, FFF raises money to help couples achieve their dreams of becoming parents. The Ida M. Johnson grant is for those who have recently adopted domestically or through foster care or are in the process of adoption, who may need assistance in purchasing some of the things that is needed for your children.
What We Fund:
The Ida M. Johnson grant can be used to purchase clothing, cribs, carseats, and any of the things that may be needed for an adopted child upon their arrival to your home.
We offer a $500-$1000 grant to adoptive parents each year.
Grantees will expected to provide a final report on the impact of their grant by November 30, 2016.
To apply for this grant, you must show proof that you are a foster parent or adoptive parent who is in the process of adopting or who adopted within the past 3 months. You may provide a letter from your adoption agency or a scanned copy of your foster care license.
