    • I understand that team coaches are not responsible for player transportation or for the supervision of  players after the end of scheduled practices/games.
    • If my player (child) is unable to attend a practice/game, I will notify the team coach in a timely manner prior to the event.
    • I understand they have volunteered their time in ehich they delvelop practices and game plans to include all players on the roster. The absence of player may result in changes to those plans. I will do my part to keep to the schedule when manageable or notify the coach as far inadvance as possible.
    • I will be prompt in the arrival and picking-up of my player from practices and games. I understand coaches may have other commitments that require their immediate attention directly after a practice/game and their supervision may not be availble.
    • I agree that a positive, respectful and encouraging environment from everyone involved (coaches,  players, the program. Setting examples for our youth to follow and model parents/guardians and spectators) is vital to behavior is crucial to the experience within the any PBA program.
    • I understand that PBA goals include teaching our players sportsmanship and control of their   emotions during competition. I too will exhibit sportsmanship and control of my emotions.
    • I will enforce respectful behavior of my player towards all coaches, players, umpires and spectators. I will ensure that any guests I invite to the ball field will adhere to these guidelines.
    • I understand that team coaches are the designated representatives of the team and they alone will address any and all concerns towards officials.
    • I have read and understand the PBA Fair Play Policy. (Rep/Select)
    • I understand that there will be no refund if my child is dismissed from the program.
    • If I have a concern that needs to be addressed with a coaching staff member, I will wait at least until   the day after the game, tournament or practice. I will address this concern in private and in a calm and respectful manner. I understand that I may contact the coach by phone and/or email as needed.
  • PBA Parent's/Guardian's and Fan's Responsibilities

    • Try to ensure your child arrives at a game or practice according to the coach's instructions.
    • Never leave your child alone without informing the coach or asking another parent/guardian present to look over his or her welfare.
    • When attending games or practices, please park in the appropriate location, not on grass or sidewalks. Please respect our parks and neighborhoods. Drive carefully at all times. Beware of young children in the vicinity.
    • You must respect and support all players, the coaches and the umpires. Never belittle or shout negative remarks to anyone. Foul and abusive language and conduct by anyone are strictly prohibited.
    • Cheering should be for your team, not against the opposing team.
Trash talk, taunting and negative cheering are not acceptable, regardless of the unsportsmanlike conduct of opposing players, coaches or parents/guardians.
    • Only a coach should question an umpire's call relating to the proper interpretation of a rule. Judgment calls should not be questioned.
    • Parents/guardians and fans should refrain from outbursts against the umpires.
    • Parents/guardians and fans should respect the proper requests made of them by the coaches
and umpires.

    • Parents/guardians and fans should inform a member of the PBA Board of Directors of any improper conduct of a coach. Feedback is an important consideration for us when assessing the quality of our coaches and ensuringthe well being of all players. We rely on you to report any serious issues or infractions and to share constructive comments.
