This form is for schedule CORRECTIONS only, meaning there is an error in your schedule. Schedule corrections are limited the following: 1.) You are missing a class period. 2.) You have two classes scheduled during the same period, or you are enrolled in the same course more than once 3.) You are currently enrolled in a course for which you have already earned credit.
