During class times we tend to take pictures of the children for advertising and decorative purposes. These images may be used to put up around the studio and/or our social media pages such as Facebook and Instagram. We also aim to frequently update our website with class images. How we use your information

Simply Technique will process your confidential information - which includes your child's name, contact details, date of birth, home address and relevant medical history, only for the purposes listed below. The data will be stored securely, no longer than necessary and solely for the completion of those business activities.

Data Protection Rights
Upon giving consent for Simply Technique to process and store your data we would like to make you aware of your rights regarding personal data.

The right of access;

If you wish to access any of the data that we have stored for yourself and your child then you will be granted access upon request.

The right to rectification;

If any of the data we have stored is inaccurate then you have the right to retract and correct such information.

The right to withdraw;

If for any reason you wish to withdraw your consent for your data to be held or you feel that the data isn't needed for the reason it was initially collected for then you can do so upon request. Upon the possibility of your child leaving our school, your data will remain in our system for a total of 12 months before being permanently deleted; however you can request for this to be removed sooner if necessary.

Payment Agreement
Simply Technique offers every student a free settling in session to ensure they enjoy the classes before committing to the dance school. After the free session we allow for parents to pay on a weekly basis (bank transfer) for a total of three weeks.

At this point we feel the student should have a good understanding for the classes we offer and a feel for the way in which we teach our classes. If your child(ren) wishes to continue classes, you will then be moved onto a monthly discounted standing order and need to fill out a payment contract.

Please note here that your standing order must be set up between 1st-14th of each month.

At the three week mark we also ask that uniforms are to be worn. We can provide you with links for our uniform leotards or if you wish to order personalised items such as a jacket etc then we can send you a link to our uniform order form.
