Riding with Rissa Travels Policy
Thank you for choosing Riding with Rissa Travels! My goal is to provide you with exceptional service and ensure a seamless travel planning experience. Please review the following policies carefully:
Research Fee Details
Your research fee is non-refundable and covers:
One location
One departing city
Three custom quotes
If you wish to add additional locations, dates, or departing cities for research, there will be a $30 fee per addition. For multiple destination trips, please note in comment section and submit the correct fee
Commission-Based Booking Fee Policy
If your trip requires booking through vendors that do not pay commissions directly to Riding with Rissa Travels, the following commission fees will be applied:
Total Package Cost: $2,000 - $3,000$125 per person (based on double occupancy)
Total Package Cost: $3,100 - $4,500$175 per person (based on double occupancy)
Total Package Cost: $4,600 - $6,000$250 per person (based on double occupancy)
These fees ensure the same high level of service regardless of the vendor used for your booking.
Group Deposits
Group deposit amounts will be determined after booking. Please note that the one-week turnaround rule does not apply to group trips.
Deposit & Payment Requirements
Once your travel request is submitted, you will have 1 week to submit the deposit or full payment. If payment is not received within this time, the research fee will need to be resubmitted. Please only submit a request when you are ready to book.
Cancellation Fee for Groups (After 3+ Months of Service)
If Riding with Rissa Travels has worked with you for over three months and an individual or group cancels, a $60 per person cancellation fee will apply. This fee must be paid before the agent can submit any travel protection claims for a full refund.
