Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. If the date you request becomes unavailable after your request has been submitted, you will be notified via the email address provided.

There is a 50% non refundable, non transferable retainer fee due upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due 1 week prior to the event date.

***IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, A REFUND WILL NOT BE OFFERED AND YOUR PAYMENT CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER ORDER.***

Once a quote is given and invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 24 hours the invoice and the order will be cancelled. There will be a $10 fee if the invoice has to be resent.
