I agree to care for this foster animal in a humane and responsible manner, and to provide the foster animal with sufficient shelter, water and to feed the cat with the food supplied to me.

I can provide a safe indoor living space for a foster animal. Before picking up a foster I will ensure my windows either have screens or remain closed, and anything that is dangerous for a pet to chew or eat will be placed out of reach. If fostering cats/kittens, I will ensure they will not have access to outdoor spaces.

I understand that food, litter, litter boxes and other misc. items shall be supplied by Calla's Critter Rescue. These items are to be returned to us once the foster(s) has been adopted or brought back to the rescue. Calla's Critter Rescue provides basic care as long as it is provided by our veterinarian of choice. We appreciate any willingness to donate basics including litter, toys, etc. but you will not be reimbursed.

I agree to notify Calla's Critter Rescue immediately in the unlikely even that the foster animal is injured or missing while in my care. I will do whatever is asked of me to ensure the safety of the foster.

I agree to be courteous, helpful, and honest to potential adopters and to cooperate in showing the foster animal and be accommodating to potential adopters.

I understand and agree that only authorize representatives of Calla's Critter Rescue have the authority to approve and place rescued animals into foster or permanent homes, and that only authorized representatives of Calla's Critter Rescue will conduct interviews and make adoption placement decisions. In addition, I understand that adoptions will be deemed consummated only upon execution of the Calla's Critter Rescue adoption contract, receipt of adoption fee, and final approval by an authorized representative.

I accept full responsiblity for the foster(s) actions at all times, and release Calla's Critter Rescue from any liabilities or damages that may be incurred because of fostering such cat and/or kitten.

I understand and agree that Calla's Critter Rescue's foster animals are rescues, and that rescue animals respond to situations differently and unpredictably. I understand and agree that Calla's Critter Rescue makes no representations or warranties express or implied, about the foster animal's health, behavior or temperament.

I agree that if I am unable to foster the cat and/or kitten(s) anymore that I will return the foster to Calla's Critter Rescue and give two weeks notice so the rescue can find another suitable foster home for the animal.
