A mandatory waiver form will be given upon registration (one per family) for additional information shown but not limited as follow

- Student health/need inquiry
- Photo release exception agreement
- Directory Info release exception agreement
Payment Info
- Tuition Fee is for full school year (Fall + Spring)
- Make Check payable to " MCCC " remark with "CRICKET" and "family name" in the comment section.
- Payment to be turned in by 3rd class)
- To cricket Administrator or classroom teachers
- Refund Options : Full refund available before 3rd lesson . After 3rd lesson no refund will be offered.
- Discount Options
- Early Bird: $20 per family registered by Aug 31st
- Sibling: $20 per add'l student enrolled within the family
- Referral Bonus: $20 per new family referred, enrolled, and paid in full
- Event sign on discount: $20 per new family who register within 5 days after the cultral event
- Welcome Back: $20 per return Cricket Family
- Parent Learner: 50% off per parent registering adult session
- Volunteer in Cricket admin: Add'l 20% for Cricket admin team (email us and see how you can join the team!)
- Tuition Assistance Program : Cricket Chinese Academy offers tuition assistance program for families in need. Please contact admin@criquetacademy.org for more information.
