Ordering, Returns, and Discounts Policy:

TCRM Members are not required to place a deposit or pre-pay for special orders except in cases of high-dollar amounts. At the discretion of the manager, non-members may be required to provide credit card information with TC Hobbyshop prior to placement of the special order. Credit cards will not be charged until the order is received at the hobby shop. Special order items other than defective merchandise may only be returned if TC Hobbyshop routinely stocks those items. Defective merchandise may be returned within two weeks of purchase for replacement except in cases where the manufacturer requires defective items be returned directly to them (i.e. Digitrax). If you are a TCRM member, you may be eligible for a discount. Sale price, special liquidation, and used items are not eligible for discount. You will be charged the lower of MSRP less member discount or the sale price. Discounts will be applied at checkout. All items, including used merchandise, are subject to Tennessee Sales Tax.
