Receptionist/Admin Role
We are a small friendly team. We are currently looking for a part-time receptionist/admin support for 3/4 mornings week, (Monday/Wednesday/Fridays mornings are mandatory (Work patterns to be discussed at interview, 14 hours a week in total). The successful candidate will be working closely and supporting the 2 physiotherapists that work within the practice. Duties will include working with the practice software booking system, including registering and booking in new patients, invoicing and keeping Zero accounts up to date for our accountants (Payroll is not expected within this role) Confidentiality and a reassuring calm manner are the essential requirements of the role. Our patients are really valued so professionalism, etiquette and confidentiality are really important to us. Training can be given on all aspects by our current admin support. This is an employed role.
