Community Grants
The Community's Foundation values direct interaction and lasting friendships with our grantee organizations. In lieu of a formal written grant proposal, we ask that your organization fill in the brief application below. If your organization's program/project aligns with our funding priorities, we will schedule a site visit and/or one-on-one leadership meeting to collect additional information about your project/program needs. We will space out site visits/meetings over the course of the fiscal year. Therefore, it may take several months before you receive a response to your inquiry. Final grant-making decisions will be made by the TCF Board of Directors. Please reach out to info@TCFhelps.org or (610) 461-6571 with any questions.
Do you serve residents from this grant program's 17 Priority Communities (Collingdale, Folcroft, Nether Providence, Ridley Township, Rutledge, Swarthmore, Darby Township, Glenolden, Norwood, Ridley Park, Sharon Hill, Tinicum Township, Eddystone, Morton, Prospect Park, Rose Valley, Springfield Township)?
