INSTRUMENT, CASE, and BOW are the property of CADENZA VIOLINS. RENTER is in fault if payment is not made on time or if the terms of the RENTAL CONTRACT are violated. In either case, without advance notice, RENTER grants to CADENZA VIOLINS the right to recover the instrument, case, and bow at any place, any time, by any legal means for no payment of charges. In addition, the RENTER will be liable for reasonable collection and attorney’s fee if RENTAL CONTRACT is referred to a collection agent or attorney who is not a salaried employee of CADENZA VIOLINS and court costs.A signed RENTAL CONTRACT will authorize the school system your child attends during the duration of this contract to provide renter's current address to CADENZA VIOLINS upon request. A signed RENTAL CONTRACT will also authorize CADENZA VIOLINS to pick up instrument, case and bow (serial number and description as listed on rental form), at my child’s school at any time the RENTAL CONTRACT is violated.

10-MONTH CASH DEPOSIT AT TIME OF RENTAL- At the time of instrument rental, a 10-Month Cash Deposit will be required if no credit card present. The monthly rental fee will be automatically deducted from this deposit by the 5th of this month. Customer is responsible to make additional cash deposit at the depletion of the account if the rental is to continue. A refund will be issued from the remaining fund at the time the when a rental account is closed and the instrument, bow and case are returned.

RENTER will accumulate awards toward the purchase of renter's current or other higher-value instrument equal to 100% of the monthly Basic Rental Fee, which excludes Protection Plan and Sales Tax, paid on this Rental Agreement for the first ten (10) months. Additional awards from the Basic Rental Fee payment made after the first ten (10) months will be accumulated at 80%. The maximum awards allowed toward any instrument purchase may not exceed 80% of the purchase price. Discounts towards purchase must be applied within 7 DAYS of termination of this contract. Discounts are not held for future application.

By checking all these boxes, you have read and agreed to the Terms and the Conditions of the RENTAL AGREEMENT, including Protection Plan, Rental Payment Options, and Loyalty program that stated above.

For security reasons, Cadenza Violins will call and verify your payment information over the phone if you are not in store. Cadenza will verify your instrument and rent before charging the 1st payment. The rental will only be prepared after the 1st payment is completed.
