Membership Requirements
Any person who is a registered Democrat, or intends to register as a Democrat, may apply for regular membership in the Edwin M. Lee Asian Pacific Democratic Club (ELDC). Only members in good standing may be listed on a membership roster of ELDC. Members will be considered in good standing if they:

1. Subscribe to the purposes of this organization;
2. Complete a Club membership application;
3. Are approved by the Board of Directors;
4. Pay membership dues. Dues are paid on a yearly basis as subscribed by the Executive Committee.

CONTRIBUTION RULES

By making a contribution, I certify:

• I am a US Citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e. green card holder).
• I am at least eighteen (18) years old.
• This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
• This contribution is not made from the funds of a corporation or labor organization, and is not made from the funds of an entity or person who is a federal contractor.
• CARD PAYMENTS: This contribution is made on a personal credit or debit card for which I have a legal obligation to pay, and is not made on a corporate or business entity credit card or the card of another person.
• CHECK PAYMENTS: This contribution is made using a personal check drawn from a personal bank account in my name and for which I control.

I acknowlege that contributions or gifts are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes.
