Waiver, Release of Liability, and Indemnity Agreement

1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to myself, my family, my dog(s), other persons, or property. I voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in private or group training sessions with ZENFULdog Training and agree that I participate at my own risk.

2. Release and Waiver
I hereby waive, release, and discharge ZENFULdog Training, its instructors/coaches, employees, agents, owners, and affiliates, including Kendra MacKinnon, from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my dog(s), or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, while participating in training sessions.

3. No Guarantees
I understand that while ZENFULdog Training will make every reasonable effort to help me achieve training goals, no guarantees are made regarding the behavior or performance of my dog(s). ZENFULdog Training does not provide behavior modification services.

4. Compliance and Responsibility
I agree to follow all instructions, safety protocols, and use of equipment as required. I accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by me or my dog(s) to persons, animals, or property during training.

5. Health and Vaccinations
I certify that my dog(s) are current on all required vaccinations including core vaccines and Bordetella, and are free from contagious diseases or parasites. I agree to provide proof of vaccination upon request.

6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZENFULdog Training and its representatives from any claims, demands, or causes of action brought by me or on my behalf related to participation in the training.

7. Emergency Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency involving my dog(s) or myself, I authorize ZENFULdog Training to seek veterinary or medical care deemed necessary, at my expense.

8. Photography and Video Release
I grant permission for ZENFULdog Training to take photographs and videos of me and my dog(s) during training sessions for promotional, educational, or social media purposes without compensation. I understand that these materials remain the property of ZENFULdog Training.

9. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full effect.

10. Non-Owner Handler Acknowledgment
If someone other than the dog’s legal owner or guardian is attending training sessions or handling the dog, the owner/guardian acknowledges and agrees that ZENFULdog Training and its staff will not be held responsible for any incidents, injuries, or damages caused by the dog during such sessions. The owner/guardian remains fully responsible for the dog’s behavior and any liabilities arising from its participation.

11. Intellectual Property & Program Use Agreement

By participating in Zenful Dog Training programs, you agree that all training methods, techniques, class structures, and materials shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Zenful Dog Training. You may not reproduce, teach, distribute, or incorporate any part of these methods into your own training programs, services, or business offerings without prior written permission.

These classes are intended for personal use with your own dog(s) only. Participation does not grant certification, instructor status, or permission to use Zenful Dog’s training content for professional purposes.
