Tickets are non-refundable but transferrable between physical and virtual ticket.
The virtual portion of the convention is via Zoom.
The time zone we use is the current time zone in Arizona
Virtual Attendees receive the SWAG box but if items are given out at the convention, those items are not available for virtual attendees.
I understand that my registration must be paid in full no later than June 1, 2021 or my ticket will be canceled and applied to the following year.
I understand that if my payments are late, I will be charged a $10 fee.
