The Manifestation School Instructor/Teacher Contract The Manifestation School offers Classes Year-Round Includes Fall, Spring & Summer Semesters. Instructors must enroll and successfully complete 4 hours Instructor certification training. Instructor training fees must be paid in full before certification will be issued. Certified instructors will be offered the opportunity to teach one 1 1/2 hours (maximum) session in the semester following their certification training. Instructor will be compensated $55 for the session. Instructors may receive pay incentives and additional teaching sessions dependent on the number of students Instructor directly enrolls. Enrollment must occur before the first session of a semester. Enrollment Incentives dates and times will be shared with the instructors/teachers. CONTRACT: I, ____________________________________, Date___________________ am enrolling in the Manifestation School Instructors Course. The non- refundable fee for this course is $99. In order to successfully complete this course students must attend 100% of the class meetings (three 2-hour sessions), achieve 80% or greater on all assessments, and successfully complete one 30-minute practice class, live. Upon successful completion of the class students will receive certification and will be scheduled for their first class. Compensation is as follows: Teaching Teacher $55 per class By signing this contract, I agree to pay the $99 course fee to become an instructor in The Manifestation School. I understand that the fee is non-refundable. I understand that completion of the course work,100% attendance and 80% or greater on all assessments is required to pass the class. I understand that I will be required to teach one 30 minute practice class under supervision. A rubric will be given to me before the class and will be used to access my performance. I will receive certification if all prerequisites are met. My first class will be scheduled within the semeste r in which I certify. I understand that I am under no obligation to recruit and enroll students, however, recruitment and personal enrollees are required to maintain a position on the teacher roster and that the more students I recruits the more teaching opportunities may be presented. 1. This contract is not a guarantee of additional classes or an offer of employment. Classes are assigned to teachers as needed. 2. Teachers may not sell any products or services to The Manifestation School students. 3. Teachers may not collect enrollment fees. All enrollment fees must be paid online through the link on The Manifestation School link on themanifestationschool.net website. 4. Teachers may not solicit students from The Manifestation School for any similar projects or schools. 5. Teachers are not employees of The Manifestation School and may refuse assigned classes. 6. Teachers who wish to refuse classes are asked to do so no later than 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled class. 7. Compensation to teachers will be paid within 72 hours of the conclusion of the scheduled class. 8. The Manifestation School, The Manifestation Challenge, “The Manifestation Journal,” “The Manifestation Supplemental Workbook,” Power-point presentations, logos and images are the property of Rhonda Culton and Inspire the World Enterprise, use in whole or in part without express written permission is prohibited.
