- Scheduling and Visit times: We strive to accommodate the needs of your pet. Our Pet Nanny provides a time interval during which visits will occur. If an unforeseen situation arises, the time interval may be adjusted.
- Reservation: It is best to plan in advance in order to obtain services on the dates you desire. An in-home consultation is required, prior to reservations, for all new clients.
- Reservation Confirmation: Please, do not leave town without directly confirming your reservation with Our Pet Nanny via text, email, or phone.
- Holiday Cancellations: With the exception of severe weather, life threatening emergencies or a death in the family, any cancellations over holiday periods not confirmed 72 hours prior to the first scheduled service, will result in a $25.00 cancellation penalty.
- Additional Pet Care Assistance and Other Scheduled Services: Our Pet Nanny does not accept liability for other persons who will be entering/exiting your home prior to, during, or immediately after our services have been rendered. Please inform us at the time of the consultation of anyone who may have access to your home while you are away. This includes cleaning services, maintenance personnel, friends, family, and neighbors. It is understood that the client will notify anyone with access to the home that the services of Our Pet Nanny have been engaged.
- Inclement Weather: You will entrust Our Pet Nanny to use best judgment in caring for your pet(s) and home at the time of inclement weather. Our Pet Nanny will try to carry out your instructions to the best of Our Pet Nanny’s ability. Customer selection of a nearby emergency contact has been requested. In the event that the customer does not provide a nearby emergency contact with access to your home for Our Pet Nanny, customer realizes that Our Pet Nanny WILL provide services, but not until conditions allow us to reach your home safely.
- Inclement Weather Plan: 1) Every effort will be made to drive to your home. 2) The service scheduled may be changed, interrupted, or altered due to circumstances. 3) If it is not possible to drive safely to your home, your emergency contact will be notified. 4) You will be notified that the above-mentioned contingency plan has been activated.

Pet Aggression: In the event your pet(s) become aggressive towards any employee of Our Pet Nanny to the point we can’t properly care for the pet(s), services will cease immediately. You and the emergency contact will be notified, and other pet care arrangements will be made. If possible, Our Pet Nanny will take every step towards working with the pet(s) to reduce the aggression.

Pet Injuries: In the event your pet(s) become injured under Our Pet Nanny’s care, you give full authority for the Our Pet Nanny to seek immediate veterinary care for your pet(s). If an injury is sustained by no fault of Our Pet Nanny, you hereby release Our Pet Nanny and all employees, of any and all liability for expenses incurred.

Employee Injury: In the event your pet(s) injures an employee of Our Pet Nanny, you hereby understand all expenses incurred from said injury will be your responsibility to pay for. A copy of any expenses related to the injury caused by your pet(s) will be sent to you and must be paid in full, unless otherwise specified.

Transportation: If your pet(s) are transported via Our Pet Nanny Transport services, you hereby release Our Pet Nanny of all liability for any injuries, expenses, etc incurred at the destination specified. All expenses incurred at the destination must be paid prior to transport, or documentation must be presented to Our Pet Nanny stating payment has been discussed and determined between you and personnel of the destination.

Pet Guardianship: In the unfortunate event you become incapacitated while your pet(s) are in our care, please name the person(s) who should be contacted to become the guardian and take care your pet(s).
