Both parties WITNESSETH that moveouts2cleanouts.com and Sales/customer service Provider for the considerations named herein agree as follows:
Article 1. Position & Requirement
The Sales & Customer Service Agents shall create work orders for Service Providers from our moveouts2cleanouts.com website. Sales & Customer Service Agents shall Contact 100 Clients a week from our potential client database that will be sent to you by email promoting our premium services for a 25% Gross commission. Example: A $1000 total sale will earn $250 in commissions. All potential clients shall be notified via Email, Social Media, and text about our premium services prior to a call from our Sales & Customer Service Agents from moveouts2cleanouts.com marketers for easier conversions.
Article 2. Work Task Procedures
Sales & Customer Service agents will simply call up clients in our database to confirm if they received our networking Information link. In addition, Sales & customer service agents shall go over our Moving help, Junk removal, Installation, and Cleaning flat rate prices located on our website for a 25% Commission when someone wants to make a purchase with them.
Sales & Customer Service Agents shall create work orders through the moveouts2cleanouts.com website from gathering info from clients and networking partners. Work orders will be then systematically sent to the moveouts2cleanouts.com administration team and forwarded to our service providers for completion.
Article 3. Sales & Customer Service agents Payments
Moveouts2cleanouts.com shall pay 25% gross profit to Sales & Customer Service agents based on completed work orders from our service providers. However, a partial payment of 10% of the entire sale shall be paid within 24hrs of clients deposits.
Article 4. Sales & Customer Service agents (disbursement)
Payments to Sales & Customer Service agents shall be paid electronically on the same day or within 24hrs of the completion of the work order.
Article 5. Provisions
Work order amounts can be subjected to change due to any modifications from the client and or service provider after the initial sale. Sales & Customer Service Agents shall be notified immediately from administration if or when this occurs.
Article 6. Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service agents have a responsibility to conduct work in a professional manner such as no cussing, working in a quiet work space, being respectful, courteous, and considerate of the homeowner’s desired wants or needs. Multiple complaints of inappropriate mannerism can qualify for termination of this agreement.
Article 7. Background Check and Fraud
We may at any time require a back-ground check at no expense to you.
Fraud on any level from any customer service and sales person will not be tolerated and an immediate termination of this agreement will be made along with 100% cooperation from moveouts2cleanouts.com to assist authorities. customer service and sales agents shall not ask for any Cash, Credit cards, Wire transfers, or try to obtain any other financial information from clients or networking partners. All clients and networking partners will be promoted in advance to report anyone asking for this info. DON’T DO IT!
Article 8. Non compete Agreement
You agree that at no time during the term of your association with moveouts2cleanouts.com that you will transerfer "any" business info to our competitors or to your personal business.
For a period of one (1) year immediately following the termination of this agreement form, You will not, for yourself or on behalf of any other person or business enterprise, engage in any business activity which competes with the Company within __50____ miles of essex county NJ in which you were currently doing business with moveouts2cleanouts.com
