    Attach historic photographs from as many periods possible (minimum two) of the building, space or property. If known, include photo dates and credits. Historic photos are critical for buildings or property that have been substantially altered or portions have been obscured.

    Attach current photographs of the building, space or property with at least one straight-on view of each exterior façade or side.

  • The Oklahoma Main Street Center (OMSC) provides this Design Assistance in official Oklahoma Main Street Communities. Recommendations comply with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation, the Investment Tax Credit requirements, and the Oklahoma Design Guidelines. The average value of this type of service is $2,000.00, but is rendered at no cost to the building owner or community. Of course, it is not required that all advice provided by OMSP is followed, however given the value of this service, the undersigned Applicant affirms funding is in place and that all owner(s) and tenant(s) of building are planning to work on building.
