How to switch to another GoSites Provider
Follow these steps to switch to another provider without your site going down.
1. Do not submit this form, just follow these steps
2. Cancel your subscription with you Current Provider
Please reach out to your account representative or their support.
3. Begin your new subscription with your New Provider
Please note you need to begin your new subscription 72 hours from the cancellation of your old subscription so that we do not put your site into restricted mode.
4. Reach out to help@321goproject.com or use the support chat software within your site to let us know you've switched.
If you would like to completely rebuild your site then you will need to resubmit the onboarding form. If you would rather make changes and adjustments to your existing site then you will not need to re-do the onboarding form.
