I hereby grant permission to HempDivas+ Ink. Magazine to use photographs in publications, online, and in other communications related to the mission of HempDivas+ Ink. Magazine, without payment or any other consideration.
I hereby authorize HempDivas+ Ink. Magazine to edit any images by cropping, zooming and so forth without any approval of the finished product before going to print.

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge HempDivas+ Ink.
Magazine of all claims, demands, and causes of action which, I, my heirs,
representatives, executors, administrators, and/or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I am at least 18 years of age and I confirm that model(s) are at least 18 at time of photosshoot and submission. I am competent to contract in my own name, I have read and fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this release.
