YARD CARD RENTAL REMINDERS:

Particular sets or flair items are NOT guaranteed as it depends on the number of setups already booked and inventory. We strive to make every single set up as personalized as possible from what you tell us about the person or event.
Solar lights are used to light the yard cards. They are NOT guaranteed for any certain amount of time as they are solar which depends on how sunny it was earlier that day to charge them.
Winter Months - DO NOT Snowblow on or around our signs. Setups may be scaled back a tad as the ground is frozen and wooden bases are having to be utilized for setups. No worries, your setup will still be Amazing!!
Spring/Summer/Fall - you MUST water your lawn to ensure a smooth install. Dried out ground is super hard for a successful install. If you cannot push a 6" screwdriver into the ground smoothly, you cannot expect us to put 50+ yard stakes into it. PLEASE WATER YOUR LAWN and ensure we know what area you watered so we know where to setup.
Please do not move yard cards or attach anything to them. Call us if you have questions. PLEASE notify the receiver if you are having these setup for someone else!

This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Company and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, please put a check mark by each term

Purpose*

The following terms and conditions outline [The Perfect Pic Photo Booth dba Front yard Cards] responsibilities (herein also referred to as Company) and the customer/clients responsibilities. Company agrees to provide yard card display at the address provided by client. Consent must be given by Client to Company for use of any picture and video rights for use in commercial and advertising material. All yard card displays come as described in the details.

Service Period*

Your personal yard greeting will be displayed for a period of no less than 12 hours. You will be given a timeframe of delivery/setup unless a speficic time is requested. Pickup will either be after dark the day of the rental or the next day.

Lawn Access & Space*

Please water the lawn 2-3 hours prior to expected delivery. Please leave as many lights on in the front to assist with our set up. Please ensure no cars are parked in front of the house. Perfect Yard Cards reserves the right to alter the message as we see fit due to yard size or yard conditions that do not allow the original greeting to be displayed. (ie Happy B Day instead of Happy Birthday).

PAYMENT TERMS:*

Company accepts payment in the form of PayPal, Credit Card or Check. No Cash accepted on site. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

Date Changes & Cancellations*

Any request for a date change must be discussed the owner/company rep. Change is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the Non-refundable retainer shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation to the event date will forfeit all payments received. Cancellation must be 48 hours before scheduled set up time.

REFUNDS*

1. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.2. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.3. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.4. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.5. No refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to setup any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms,hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put usor our lawn display in harm’s way. In these instances, if this should occur wewill work with you to reschedule the event or provide a refund.

Damage to the Company Equipment & Refusal*

The Perfect Pic Photo Booth dba Front Yard Cards and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental. Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for payment of any damage or loss to the Company's Equipment caused by any misuse or negligent acts toward the Company's Equipment by Client or its guests.1. Please DO NOT attach balloons or any other objects to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged. 2. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up. 3. DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. 4. Do NOT allow kids (or adults) to lean or sit on signs as they are not made to hold any sort of weight and will break. You will be responsible for any damaged signs from sitting or leaning on them. Please do not remove signs. If you need signs moved please contact us immediately. Please do not schedule lawn service the day of delivery as lawn equipment can ruin signs and fresh grass stains signs.

Legal*

This rental contract forms the sole agreement between the customer and The Perfect Pic Photo Booth dba Front Yard Cards. The customer agrees to indeminfy and hold the Company harmless for any claims from customers use or misuse, including any third parties for loss, injury, and damage to persons or property arising out of the customer's negligence or operation inlcuding legal costs incurred in defense of such claims.

Co-operation of Guests and Other Service Providers *

The Client is responsible for the conduct of the guests. Co-ordination with other service providers may be necessary to complete all the photography as scheduled. The Client should share the photography schedule with other service providers to make sure that there are no conflicts with times. In addition, events during the Event should be planned to make the best use of time for all vendors. The Photographer will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behavior, nor will the Photographer share its time or compete with guest photographers for the attention of the subjects. Unchecked guest conduct that interferes with photography will seriously affect the quality of the photographs taken and increase the number of photos that must be created. If the Client is unable to control the conduct of the guests or if the conduct of any of the Event guests damages any of the equipment of the Photographer, it will result in the early or immediate departure of the Photographer. The Client understands that in such an event, no refund will be given.

Arbitration*

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, administered in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, administered by a licensed Arbitrator in the jurisdiction closest to the Owner's office and the arbitration award may be entered for judgment in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may refuse to arbitrate when the dispute is for a sum less than $200. In no event shall an award in an arbitration initiated under this clause exceed the contracted price of the controversy in dispute

***REMINDER*** PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO NOT MOW ON or AROUND OUR SIGNS AT ALL. DO NOT WEED EAT/TRIM EITHER. Please cancel lawn care or reschedule it. ANY SIGNS MOWED ON OR ANY DAMAGE INCURRED WILL CAUSE ADDITIONAL FEES TO BE INVOICED TO YOU. The Minimum FEE is $50.

Any invoice past due by 30 days will be charged 20% of bill each month thereafter.
