While my Pet is boarded at Camino Verde Pet Resort, I agree to the terms and conditions of services listed here.

I will provide proof of current vaccination prior or at the day of check in, unless my pet already has a profile with Camino Verde Pet Resort and shots are recorded.

It is highly recommended that my Pet is on Flea and Tick preventatives.
The facility is professionally treated on a monthly schedule.
Any investation of my Pet is my responsibility.

I agree to be charged by the number of days my pet is boarded at CVPR facility. Pets can be picked up/ dropped off at any time during business hours.

This agreement will automatically renew, with any reoccuring booking for the above named pet and owner

Kennel must be notified if owner needs to board the dog for longer than the booking reflects.
Pets not picked up after 10 days from the end date of the booking, shall be considered abandoned and disposed of at private or public sale, in the sole discretion of the kennel, if kennel is unable to contact the owner. If a pet becomes ill or if the state of the dogs health otherwise requires professional attention, Camino Verde Pet Resort LLC in its sole discretion, may engage the services of a veterinarian or administer medicine or give other necessary attention to the dog, and the expenses thereof shall be paid by the owner. All pets are boarded, or cared for by Camino Verde LLC without liability on its part for loss or damage from diseases, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to persons and other dogs or property by said dog, or of other unavoidable causes, with due diligence and care having been exercised. The terms of this agreement and disputes developing there under shall be enforced and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any legal proceedings or arbitrations hearings will be handled in Pima County, Arizona. The undersigned certifies that he has read and understands the term and conditions of this contract.
