Mandatory for ALL entities contracting 49 Designs
This agreement is to outline the work procedure and create a written contract for entities contracting 49 Designs to assist in the development of web pages on behalf of themselves or their clients. Please prepare to read and sign our agreements and follow the proper procedures for the best execution and success of your sites!

Payments, Deliverables, Deadlines (3 of 6)
We expect to be paid, on time with payment date made in writing via email or parcel post with confirmed receipt. We promise to make records available to prove receipts in regard to any said agreements.
Deadlines and payment plans will be made in writing. Plan must be signed off by a member of 49 Designs in writing.
Deliverables must be defined in writing.

Assignments & Roles (page 4 of 6)
A leader will be assigned and called the Project Head. Assignments will be made in writing and saved to a shared project file by the Project Head.

This ensures that work is assigned to a specific person is not redundant so that time is not wasted.
Agree that if you say you are going to do something, you will do it or have a reasonable explanation as to any failures.:
Assignments (all working directions) and roles will be made in writing.
Agree that you will not do something that someone else has been assigned to do unless given the command by the Project Head. Project Head agrees to promptly notify the new assignment to the previous person in writing and verbally.

We agree to trust the 49 Designs web team and follow orders. Including Payments, and Design rules, including all content creation and gathering, including photo, video, text, technical logistics.
We agree to trust the web designers.
We agree to put payment plan in writing.
All deadlines will be in writing:
We agree to pay on time or write to notify changes immediately, and verify confirmation of said changes.
We will supply photos, videos and art via FTP upload or direct file transfer on jump drive in organized folders by page assignment.
We will supply original content from each client.
We will allow writers to work with client directly to create content, if need be.
We will allow photographers to work directly with the client to take photos needed for site execution, if need be.
